Orika is a French company specialised in developing retail software. Founded in 2001 by Fouad MAZOUZ, Orika has developed a native, robust, standardized and global omnichannel solution for retail companies of various sizes, based on open source technologies.

Since its foundation Orika has installed software on 25,000 POS in 17 countries – starting its main rollouts in France, Italy, Belgium, Poland and Morocco, before reaching sub-Saharan Africa or Asia. We collaborate with leading IT companies such as NTT DATA, NCR and ATOS to provide software solutions in line with the retail sector specific needs.

The year 2025 symbolizes a new stage in Orika's development with the launch of the new major omnichannel version: Oriane (LNE certified). Orika is evolving its software suite by integrating new mobility solutions, essential for developing commercial activities in the retail sector, such as smartphone applications for consumers. Our software is LNE certified (Certification of cash register systems).

The year 2025 stands for a new milestone in Orika’s software development as the company unveils the latest major release: Oriane. Thus, Orika introduces new solutions for instore mobility or customer rewards to boost the retail sector’s business activities. It also includes a smartphone app for end-customers bringing retailer’s closer to their customers.
